so program aku bermula dgn aktiviti2 berikut :
sarapan - biskut IKO
minum - air masak bout 3-4 btol besar air mineral sehari
exercise - kayuh beskal 10KM pagi n ptg....(mmg lencun beb)...
lunch - yogurt (perasa kiwi) + air mineral lagik
dinner - skip !!
mmg perit nk hbiskan ari pertame tp krn nekad aku truskan jue... cayuk2..
so diet ni aku truskan tuk 15 hari..sbb aku dh wat schedule tuk tmbgn...aku akn tmbg bert aku 15hari skali...so ni kire diet tuk phase 1 la...hu3...。◕‿◕。
kire start 2hb june - 15hb june...
memndgkan aku create blog ni slepas trikh tmbgn so marilah kite tgk result diet aku....
starting weight - 104 kg (as mentioned above)
current weight - 98kg (as 15hb june 2010)
total loss weight aku - (tolak la kan..hu3) 6kg...
aku msih xpuas hti even mber2 kte tu dh kire byk...pde aku usaha yg aku wat tu ptutnye hsilnye lebih lgi..hahah xleh nk slhkan sape2 sbb aku pun de ngelat...hak3....aku gi kenduri sepupu aku gi tibai nsi..adehhh...cmne la nk trun byk..hak3 men ngelat upenye...
ape pun aku bersyukur sangat2 pda allah s.w.t kerane aku bjye gak mngubah hidup aku n allah bgi aku kekuatn tuk mneruskan program ni...tQ ALLaH.......
