10th inductions' day

salam n morning.. !!

erm semlm dh msuk ri ke 10...tuk real induction tggal lagi 4 hri tp nk lanjut kan smpai 15hb...so tmbh lgi 8 hri..hu3...

menu semlm
bf : telor spruh msak 2 bijik + air 500mlm
lunch : milo o + air 300ml
dinner : sambal kerg + salad + labu + dging burger 2 kping + 1L air
exercise : pgi - 1oKM (656 calories) + mlm - gegar perut 1jam setengh
sbb peyed xlrt nk kayuh mlm td..prut xsdap...

so atkins aku smlm xde curik2 mkn dh...alhamdulilah..smoge byk lgi penurunan aku..risau giler 2 ari tmbg statik..tp mber2 KDO kte tu bese...sbb bile byk mkn dging mmg cmtu...dging lmbt hadam,...so kne tggu 2-3 hri...nak2 lak aku tmbh dgn duyan..hahahaha....mmg ler..adess tp xpe yg pting bdn dh rse keringanan sket...insyallah aku leh maju lgik..amin !!!
