hi morning all...
dah bersawang kot blog gue ni...lame btol xupdate..byk sgt cuti nk hbiskan b4 hjung buln..tu yg lme xonline dh...so byk bnd lak nk update...tp xdpt nk update menu sbb byk kje lak...cewahhh...so cume nk update perkembgn bert jek..hhahah..sbb 5 ari bercuti ke kl...n musim duyan ni bert nek 2kg...so total nye 97kg...pastu mkn lak xagk2 kt kl..lalala...so usaha la blik induction..so far for 3 days dah trun 1kg...tggal 96..pastu mkn lagi byk..nek lak 800gram.....jadi 96.8...haha men aucak2 lak bert aku nih...tp pas wat diet ketat blik..berjaya la dptkan blik bert 95kg tu..semlm pose..sahur minum air jek...pastu berbuka mkn aym goreng+bakso....perut lega sbb cam teratur lak pemknan..xamik yg bert2..harap sok pagi timbg trun lgi la..pgi td xsempt exercise..semlm exercise 15min satu sesi je..sesi ptg xwat sbb hari ujan..xnak r mndi mlm...skang pun slalu skit2 dada.tkut lak kan skit pape sbb asik sgt mndi mlm...so skang dh nk hmpir pose..nk try trunkan for 10kg at least...hopefully berjaya.. !!
