morning all....hri ni nk mulekan dgn smgt..tp down bile cek gji xmsuk lgik...adehhh...tensen tol..apesal la lemb sgt nih...germnye la..keje nk cept gji msuk lmbt..hampeh jek...
so pgi ni mulekan dgn meng'update' menu semlm...hu2 due hri ni btol2 cheat day...sbb mkn dging byk sgt...wpun axmik nsi tp kenyang nye semcm...hu3..tkut la bert nek..
bekfes : salad sadin + telor sayur
lunch : balance menu bekfes + ikan bkar + ikan asam + dging kari 4 ketul
dinner : skip sebb perut dh parti sakan mse lunch...biar die bereht dlu...
exercise : pagi - 14KM (900 calories burned) , petang - 16KM (1014.4 calories burned)
risau sgt bert nek terpksela upkan exercise tu..waaa pent giler...tp berthn je la...semlm hri ke 8...so ri ni dh msuk hri ke 9..tggal lagi seminggu lgi nk menghbiskan induction..pastu bru leh dpt result..sgt2 xsabr nk tgk kesan atkins ni...pastu igt nk truskan atkins ni smpi btul2 capai target...insyallah...
