nice to eat.. !!



ni la menu bukak pose ari selase...ayam tomyam stim...sje xnk wat tomyam bese sbb nti byk kuah...muncitt prut ari2 mkn kuah..hak3


ni menu bekfes hri rabu sebelum gerak ke kolumpo...telor dadar tnpe minyak cmpur syur+mayonis (< 2g carbs) n daging ayam tu (0.33g carbs jek)...so total 2.33g carbs jek..very nice tp still leh diet kan...

pastu tuk dinner rabu tu aku just amik bihun sup..sbb lunch aku xsempt nk amik....mihun 10g carbs jek...so total cmpur syur dlm mihun tu+sikit dging sure <20g carbs for the day.. !!!

ni lak menu tuk ari khamis....lengkap tuk bekfes, lunch n dinner

tghri lunch @ kenny rogers amcorp mall...juz take ceasar salad...1st time dlm hidup msuk fast food amik salad...hak3


ni dinner tuk khamis..aku pnt shopping n dh mls nk msak bile blik umh...so jus take this as to get the energy...sgt sedap...ermmm harge RM9.81 after 15% sales @ watson..carb???nmpk coklat peanut butter kan..tp cume 3.52g carb n 0% trans fat,fat n cholestrol..tp jgn la amalkan sbb high in sugar...skali skale blh...
