spti bese nk update menu semlm ler ....◎ܫ◎
bekfes : telor 1/2 msak 2 bijik + air banyak2
lunch : dging rendang + kobis + kerabu pucuk paku + ikan goreng + air byk2
dinner : dging rendang + dging kari + ikan patin tempoyak (make sure jgn amik kuah yer) + air byk2
exercise : pgi 14KM (900 calories burned)
ptg 8KM (500 calories burned)
hrp2 xnek la bert dgn mkn yg sgt meriah semlm....hu3....(☼_☼)
